For settling genuine complaints, White Lotus Herbals follows the following refund policy:

AYURVEDIC PRODUCTS REFUND POLICY:

• Products purchased online cannot be returned.
• If a product gets damaged in transit, White Lotus Herbals will replace it with a fresh piece. The customer will not be charged for the replacement, and will only bear the extra postage cost.
• No refund will be made if a package is found short of the content originally delivered by White Lotus Herbals. This applies to both-e-delivered and shipped products.
• No comparative claims will be accepted on any of the products/services once the same have been paid for, are in transit or have been delivered.
• Due to product availability and demand, prices are subject to change without prior notice; and, thus, if prices are revised during the negotiation phase, payment will have to be made as per the applicable new prices. No refund will be made in case of downward revision of prices soon after an order has been finalized and paid for.
• Once a product is downloaded from White Lotus Herbals site or opened, it becomes the property of the user and no refund claims will be entertained.

TOURS AND STUDY PROGRAMS REFUND AND REGISTRATION POLICY:

• An amount of Euro/US$ 100, - is paid on registration, which is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
• We accept registration on the spot through credit card/money transfer/bank draft.
• Payment due date: 2 months before the commencement of the tour.
• By cancellation 2-3 months before tour-start 90% of the total amount will be refunded.
• By cancellation 2-1 months before Tour-start 75% of the total amount will be refunded.
• By cancellation prior to 1 month - no refund.
• Also, in case of refund - the money transfer charges would be borne by the participants.
